How to Validate an Idea?

How you can answer some of the most important questions you should consider when analyzing a new business idea.

Ok, going to do something a little different.

I talk about a lot of business ideas, right? But what do I do when I’m alone in my office, validating one of these ideas? (BTW, that is my all time favorite activity). How do I do it? What does that look like, from start to finish?

How do I answer questions such as:

  • Are there too many competitors?

  • Can I charge enough?

  • Is this the right area?

  • Is there enough demand?

  • Can I find subcontractors?

  • Can I find customers?

I COULD answer these questions in a 1-way email, but how effective is that, actually?
