This has been a very, very fun week. And I never left my MacBook!

Last week I dove into different AI models and what makes them special. After sending it I realized I forgot a couple awesome ones. And then a couple days later I started playing around even more with the ChatGPT $200/month “Pro” plan and…wow.

I just knew I needed to dedicate another email to it. So here we are.

I’ll be touching on 4 tools today.

I have recently become obsessed with this tool. No, they aren’t a sponsor, I just love it! It is helped me spend 80% less time in my email. In an effort to be as tactical in this newsletter as possible, (no filler, baby) I decided to just record my screen for 3 minutes and show you exactly how to use it and how I’m using it in my everyday life. Enjoy!

Other use cases for it:

• Doing automatic cold outreach and follow up to leads while you sleep (total game changer)

• Automatically enrich your leads with more data. You have their email but still want their first name or phone number, etc.

• Chat with YouTube videos. Don’t wanna spend 30 mins watching a YT video? Just upload the link to Lindy and ask it what the TLDR is. Game changer! Or it can do this automatically and email these summaries to you for any channel you subscribe to as soon as they post a new video. You’d never do this with MY YT video though, right??

• Coach you on your sales calls or meetings. Why pay for an executive coach when you can use AI? No need to paste the transcript into ChatGPT, as soon as your meeting ends you’ll get an email from your AI coach.

I’ve talked about this one on the podcast as well (also not a sponsor) but I use it every day!

Total game changer! AI inside of your google sheets has endless use cases. Including but not limited to:

• Data cleanup. Don’t you dare do this by hand ever again. Type in a GPT formula and drag it down and your data is automatically clean.

• Lead scoring. Use a GPT prompt inside a cell to grade the quality of a lead, applicant or employee.

• Auto generate product descriptions en masse

• Automatically write personalized cold emails. First name in Column A, sales pitch in column B, city name in Column C prompt and formula in Column D and drag that sucker down.

And number 3 is none other than Perplexity. Perplexity is worth the $20/month if you' value these things:

• More numerical, fact-based and research data “How many frozen yogurt shops are in Pakistan?”

• Source citations and summarized brief responses

• Here’s how it answered my prompt “Which of these service business have more demand than supply, and why? Gutter cleaning or foundation repair?”

  

• Super cool stuff, right?

And last but not least…ChatGPT Pro’s “Operator” plan deserves an encore from my email last week.

I started making another Loom video just for this newsletter about how freaking mind blowing it is, and then the final result was so incredible I had to publish to YouTube. So I still want you to feel special, but I just had to share this one with the world. Why?

• I had 6 operators running concurrently!!

• I did 10 completely different tasks in 10 different tabs

• I got ChatGPT to talk to itself!!!

• I got it to solve a CAPTCHA, which was impossible for AI up until very recently

• I got it to find undervalued cars based on their KBB and NADA values

• I got it to find undervalued AirBnB properties and flights

• I got it to scrape Chamber of Commerce websites for business owner email addresses

• I GOT IT TO FREAKING FIND A HOT ITEM TO SELL ON ETSY, AND THEN REVERSE IMAGE SEARCH IT TO FIND THE ORIGINAL VENDOR IN CHINA FOR 80% LESS!!!!

I have never been more floored at something AI could do for me in my life. But if you’re looking for it to help you start or run a business, I don’t think it’s worth the $200/month just yet. It needs a little more finessing.

If my zillions of business ideas aren’t quite enough for ya, you’re better off using the paid version of this to get a ton of startup case studies, and then pair those ideas with ChatGPT for actionable stuff.
