Happy Thursday!

I'm building a private community called TKOwners for people who want to turn all these insights into real businesses. We have a slack channel where we drop insane AI tools and possibilities everyday. If you're serious about staying ahead of this AI revolution, check it out at tkowners.com. It's where the hundreds of action-takers hang out.

Okay- let’s get into some ways to make money with AI agents (before everyone else catches on)

If you haven't been paying attention to what's happening with AI agents right now, you need to read every word of this email. Because we are watching a brand new economy form in real time and the people who move first are going to clean up.

AI agents can now browse the internet, manage inboxes, scrape data, post content, handle customer support, and even sign up for services on your behalf. They're not theoretical anymore. They're live. They're working. And most people have zero clue how to use them, which means there is a massive gap between the technology that exists and the businesses that need it. That gap is where you make money.

I've been digging into this for weeks, testing tools, buying domain names, and building out some early plays. So today I want to walk you through some real ways you can turn AI agents into revenue. Things I’ve been doing and seeing other player do things that are working. (This is just some of the list. You can watch/ listen to my full breakdown of ideas on YouTube, Apple Podcasts, and Spotify.)

1. AI Agent Setup as a Service

Learn how to set up personal AI agents using tools. These are AI assistants that sync with someone's email, calendar, iMessage, Telegram, Discord, and basically run their digital life. Most people hear about this stuff and think "that's cool" but have no idea how to actually install and configure it. That's where you come in.

You can charge between $300 and $1,000 for the initial setup. Then you charge $50 to $350 a month to maintain it, update it, and make sure it keeps running smoothly. The look on someone's face when their AI agent starts actually solving problems for them? That alone is worth it. But the recurring revenue is what makes this a real business.

You don't need to be a developer. ChatGPT can literally walk you through the setup step by step. Start by installing one for yourself. Play with it. Break it. Fix it. Then start charging other people.

2. Dedicated AI Assistants as a SaaS Product

This one is a no-brainer. You build out AI assistants tailored to specific niches, like real estate agents, lawyers, accountants, or busy executives, and you sell access as a monthly subscription. Think of it like a software product, but the product is a trained AI agent that actually does work for them.

The beauty here is that you control the infrastructure. You manage the updates. The customer just logs in and gets value. This model works. We know it works because we aren't reinventing the wheel. It's the same SaaS model that's built thousands of companies, except now your "software" can think.

3. AI-Powered Customer Support for Small Businesses

This one is incredibly practical and the demand is already there: Every small business in America struggles with customer support. They don't have the budget for a full-time team, and they're drowning in emails, tickets, and DMs. You install an AI agent that syncs with their email, their support tickets, their FAQ pages, and it just handles it. Not as some janky chatbot widget in the corner of a website either. We're talking multimodal support. Voice agents. Text agents. Email responders. All connected. All learning.

You set it up. You train it on their specific business. You charge for the build and then charge monthly for maintenance. Small business owners will throw money at anything that saves them from answering the same five questions over and over, and this actually delivers.

AI can also get scary out there. Your data feeds global scam factories and you can bet they are using AI in their frauds.

A BBC investigation exposed global scam compounds where workers were ordered to “keep scamming as long as you’re alive.”

These workers don’t call randomly- they buy your personal info: name, phone, address. Every entry is raw material for phishing, impersonation, and identity theft.

Incogni cuts the supply: removes your data, monitors re-listings, and keeps it gone.

4. Competitor Intelligence Reports

Build an AI agent that spies on your client's competitors automatically. What ads are they running? What prices are they charging? What products are they launching? What content are they putting out?

Your agent pulls it all together into a clean weekly report delivered straight to their inbox. You can build this using a combo of web scraping tools and AI to analyze what it finds. Charge $500 to $2,000 a month. The agent does the work. You collect the check. The ROI for the client is obvious because they're making better decisions with better data, and your margins are nuts because you set it up once and it runs.

5. Lead Scraping/ Outreach- as a Service

Every business needs leads. Most are terrible at finding them. So you set up an AI agent that scrapes leads from specific sources, cleans and organizes the data, and then runs outreach sequences. Email, LinkedIn, whatever channel makes sense. This is gold for B2B companies, agencies, consultants, and anyone who lives and dies by their pipeline.

The way to make money here is to package it. Don't just sell "leads." Sell "50 qualified leads per week delivered to your CRM with personalized outreach already drafted." Make it specific. Make it easy to say yes to.

One thing though- be careful with permissions and compliance. Do it right.. don't build a spam cannon and call it a business.

I sold a digital product to you guys earlier this month and made almost $3,000 in the first 24 hours. No ads, no algorithm. I sent an email, you opened it, and a lot of you bought. That's the power of owning your list.

I am not saying this to brag, I'm able to do all that because beehiiv is so much more than a newsletter platform. You can too. You can sell digital products directly to your subscribers with zero commission. You can set up paid subscriptions where they don't take a cut of your revenue, which is really rare. And they added dynamic content so you can show different offers to different subscribers based on who they are.

Most creators are still trying to monetize on platforms that could delete them tomorrow. beehiiv lets you build the audience and monetize it, all in one place. Go to beehiiv.com/chris and use code CHRIS30 for 30% off your first three months. Don't sleep on this.

This is exactly what I just did. My playbook:

Moltbook (the Reddit for AI agents) went viral. I bought moltbooknews.com. I used Replit to build an entire news site with one prompt. I literally screenshotted a website design I liked, fed it to Replit, and told it what I wanted. Connected it to Beehiiv to capture emails. Then I went to Google Trends, found the exact phrases people were searching for, and had AI write articles targeting those queries.

30 minutes after going live, I had 12 unique visitors with no promotion. No tweets. No emails sent. Just strangers finding my site through Google.

It might take some front-loaded work, but the formula is pretty simple:
Find a trending AI topic.
Buy the domain.
Build the site with AI tools.
Write articles that answer what people are Googling.
Capture email addresses.
Monetize later through newsletters, sponsorships, or affiliate deals.

Speed wins in this case. You don't need perfect. You just need to be first.

7. AI Consulting for Local Businesses

I’ve talked to multiple people doing this lately- making hundreds of thousands. There’s way more demand than supply here.

Go walk into a local business and say, "Let me show you three things AI can do for you this week." Audit their workflows. Sit down with the owner for an hour and ask them what tasks eat up the most time. Find the repetitive stuff that's killing their team. Then build AI agents that handle it. Customer support, scheduling, data entry, competitive research, whatever the bottleneck is.

Charge for the audit. Charge for the build. Charge monthly to manage it. Stack 10 to 20 clients at $500 a month each and you've got yourself a six-figure business that grows every time you add a new client.

Once you solve one problem for a business owner, they'll ask you to solve five more. That's how consulting turns into recurring revenue.

8. Research Agent as a Service

There are people who spend hours every week doing research. Investors digging into markets. Founders analyzing industries. Agencies studying trends for their clients. That work is tedious, repetitive, and expensive if you're paying a human to do it. So you build an AI agent that does it instead.

Set up an agent that can search the web, pull data from multiple sources, summarize findings, and deliver a clean report on whatever topic the client needs.

You can specialize by industry. Maybe you serve real estate investors who want weekly market reports on specific zip codes. Maybe you serve e-commerce brands who want product trend analysis. Maybe you serve VCs who want deal flow research on a specific sector.

Package it as a weekly or monthly deliverable. Charge $500 to $2,000 a month depending on how deep the research goes. The agent does the digging. You review it, clean it up, and send it over. The client saves ten or twenty hours a week and you build a business with fat margins and sticky recurring revenue- because once someone relies on your research, they don't want to go back to doing it themselves.

Jump on one of these now.

A year from now this space will be packed. But right now, most business owners don't even know AI agents exist.

Pick one of these agent ideas. Set it up for yourself. Get good at it. Then start talking about it to everyone you know. And agin, you can watch/ listen to my full breakdown of these ideas and 4 more on YouTube, Apple Podcasts, and Spotify.

Let's get after it.
